Health and Viality Just For 21 days!
1.
"Life giving breath". Breathe in for a count of five, hold for a count of 20 and exhale for a count of 10. Do this three times several times a day.

"Live water". Drink plenty of fresh flowing water where possible.
3.
Eat Live Foods at least 70% water content food at each meal. You will feel even more vital if the food is raw live food.
4.
Exercise - get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day.

- Eat with a directed mind.
- Stop when you are full
- Avoid drinking with meals
- Eat organic as much as possible
- Finish your last meal three hours before bed.
- Eat something you never ate before!

Support your system Have regular rest, massage, fresh air, sun and fun.

Eat good fats and cut out bad fats.

Eat 90% or more raw food for 10 days and judge the results for yourself.

Eliminate dairy produce including eggs and cheese with the exception of goat’s cheese occasionally.

Eliminate alcohol, mustard, coffee/tea (except fresh herbal teas), sugar, salt, vinegar and other acid forming foods, (see acid/alkaline food chart), and smoking for at least 10 days and see how alive and vibrant you will feel. Also pay attention to the improvement in your skin and eyes.
